Summer’s heat have your food tasting bleh? Time to spice it up with some major flavor. A mouth watering sweet and spicy side dish that is addictively good! Just add a little bit of pepper, mustard, or chili powder to any dish and you will take the mundane to something fresh, new, and your tastebuds to a whole new level. We know the obvious reasons as to why spicy foods taste good, but what health benefits do these mouth tingling spices do to our bodies? Well, first of all spicy foods increase the feeling of being full causing you to eat less. Spicy foods also increases your body temperature thus burning more calories.
