PLEASE NOTE: Shipping prices can only be set at a flat rate. Therefore, to cover shipping costs, shipping prices are based on the furthest destination in the U.S. -- If your shipping costs come in cheaper than what you paid, I WILL REFUND YOU THE DIFFERENCE!

Picture number three has samples of fabric patterns and colors for you to get an idea of what you'd like. We have many different fabrics to choose from, so if you do not see a fabric you'd like, just message us with a color and/or pattern you're interested in and I would be happy to send you swatches to choose from (choosing a different fabric from the ones pictured - does NOT change the price of the toy box). -- Please advise: for customers who choose to add a fabric, please let us know which fabric you'd like. After our third attempt to contact you with no response, we will select a fabric to match your box --

PLEASE NOTE: Some items calculated girth exceed the 108" limit set by the USPS. If this is the case, packages will be sent via FedEx or UPS (whichever is more cost efficient). If you're shipping costs come in at a lower rate via the new carrier, we will refund the difference to you.
Refund & Return Policy: Returns must be requested within a ONE week of delivery of any purchased item. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Personalized and custom items are NOT eligible for refunds/returns due to their personalizations. For items that are not personalized, refunds/returns can be issued for the cost of the item only, shipping & handling costs will not be refunded.
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit - please contact the carrier to file a claim.
